- All vehicles arriving into our service department have their hard surfaces disinfected including steering wheel, door handles, gear-shifters, and keys etc.
- Service Technicians disinfect their hands prior to working on your vehicle and afterwards. In addition, gloves are worn at all times.
SALES
- All sales demonstrators are cleaned and disinfected after each drive ensuring clean surfaces. A strict no-touch policy is in place until further notice (staff and customers should refrain from any handshaking)
- In addition, the Sydney City Volkswagen and ŠKODA facility is thoroughly cleaned by professionals every night to ensure a pristine environment and a day cleaner has been enlisted to further ensure your protection. We are committed to providing the best service and the safest environment during this time and hope that these precautions do not cause any inconvenience to our customers.
